Cat Deeley

Double Bafta Winner Cat Deeley finally returns to our screens as the host of So You Think You Can Dance. Cat Deeley will be remembered for her presenting on the SMTV: Live with Ant & Dec.
Since presenting with the loveable pair she has gone on to huge success over in the States, becoming a regular entrainment correspondent for the The Tonight Show and then on Good Morning America.

For the second series of So You Think You Can Dance she replaced Lauren Sanchez and decided to take on a more hands on roles, meeting contestants in the audition stage rather then when they come to the final selection. This move proved a big success with the contestants and the show.

Cat says: “So You Think You Can Dance has been a phenomenon in the US and I have been incredibly proud to be a part of it.

“I cannot wait to bring this show to the UK as I know the audiences will be as wild about it as they are in the States.

“Part of the appeal has always been discovering new talent and giving gifted dancers a platform to show off their extraordinary skills – being on that journey with them makes this the best job in the world.

“The fact that I’m now coming home to present So You Think You Can Dance in the UK is about as good as it gets.”
