Louise Redknapp has joined the So You think You Can Dance judging panel on a permanent basis after helping in the audition process.

Nigel Lythgoe who is the head judge of the panel, was very happy with Lousie’s personality and the extra edge she brought to the panel during the auditions. She enjoyed working with the kids and when the choice of who to put on the panel permanently came up she was the obvious choice.

Viewers will watch her in her role as a guest judge on Saturday when the auditions are being shown on BBC 1 at 18:00.

Mrs Redknapp is looking forward to the opportunity the show has given her, and feels she has a lot of experience due to when she was kid and regular competed against kid in dancing sessions.

Redknapp is also looking forward to the live shows, and can’t for the dancers to perform interesting routines. In a recent interview she has stated that the show, and what they offer the dancers a chance to win £100,000 as well as an appearance in the US version of the show, and not to mention the experience it will give them is phenomenal.

Many people will recognise Louise from the girl band Eternal in the 90′s, after the band had some success she decided to continue as soloist and then into television. She is married to the ex Liverpool & Spurs midfielder Jamie Redknapp, who is the son of current Tottenham Hotspurs boss Harry Redknapp.
